Due to Typhoon Muifa approaching Eastern China, Hong Kong based-Dragonair flights to and from Okinawa, Shanghai Pudong, Shanghai Hongqiao, Nanjing, Ningbo and Hangzhou are expected to be affected over the next few days.
According to the latest weather forecast, flights today and tomorrow morning (Aug.6) are expected to operate as normal, but the situation could change rapidly as the typhoon moves closer to the region.
You might want to warn passengers planning to travel to these destinations tomorrow (Aug.6) or on Sunday to postpone their trips to or after Monday (Aug 8.).
Charges will be waived for those traveling on Dragonair flights with confirmed booking involving Shanghai Pudong, Shanghai Hongqiao, Nanjing, Ningbo and Hangzhou between 6 August and 8 August .
