U.S. Commerce Secretary Anticipates More Business With India

Nine Indian companies were recently removed from the Commerce Department’s so-called “Entity List,” including a number of labs within the Indian Space Research Organization and Defense Research and Development Organization (Aerospace DAILY, Jan. 31). “These are the first steps in changing export control policies,” Locke says.
