Casualty? Tata-Agusta Westland JV?
Neelam Mathews Feb 13, 2013 Now that we're hearing talk of possible suspension/blacklisting of Agusta Westland, what happens to the JV with Tata Sons called Indian Rotorcraft that was to produce AW119Ke light helicopter in India? This was a query that was addressed by a colleague. The facility in Hyderabad was to build helicopters for the Indian market and also become a part of the global supply chain. Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL) has also tied up with Sikorsky to manufacture S-92 cabins, which they are doing already.
