STATEMENT  April 28, 2016 – Zurich  World leading MRO service provider SR Technics and flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) recently signed a 12-year Integrated Component Services (ICS) agreement. The agreement covers the servicing of a total of 45 A321 and 15 A330-300 aircraft, including component maintenance, component pooling and consignment of the main base kit, ensuring flexible access to spare parts. The services will be managed by the SR Technics Center of Excellence for component maintenance in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which currently serves over 460 aircraft in the Asia Pacific region. Neelam Mathews Feb 22, 2013 SR Technics, part of the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network, has appointed Christof Späth as Senior Vice President Component Maintenance Group. In this new role he will be responsible for Component Maintenance across the Group, fostering globalization of the Mubadala Aerospace MRO network by leading the component repair locations in Switzerland, Spain and Malaysia. Reporting directly to André Wall, President, SR Technics, Späth will be part of SR Technics’ Leadership Team.

News Aviation Daily Feb 25 , 2010 , p. 11 Neelam Mathews Zurich-based SR Technics has signed a two-year extension of its engine services contract with the holding company of Air India, National Aviation Co. of India Ltc (NACIL) for maintenance services on CFM56-5B and CFM56-7B engines. Unlike many in the business that have suffered an average 20% downturn worldwide, SR Technics is seeing healthy business traffic. The two-year contract, valued at $55 million, covers 61 aircraft in Air India’s Airbus A320-family and Boeing 737-800 fleet. The work will be done at SR Technics Engine Maintenance Center in Zurich. SR Technics has been Air India’s preferred maintenance services provider for CFM56-5B, -7B and PW4168 engines since 2007, when it opened a sales office in Mumbai to establish a presence in the India market as part of its Asian growth strategy.
