The whole event was a Showcase of poor management by us. I must admit I was appalled at the type of event management displayed by the show organizers. Entry to to show required a Security pass only for Trade Visitors at a expensive price of Rs. 2000 per day. However, people with kids and no connection to business were walking in free of charge! The security lines were long and unmanageable. Then entry into every hall required a pass for the Business visitor. As did the entry to Chalets and return from Chalets, as if the business visitors were enemies of the state. This however, did not apply if you were in a battery cart! The security guards has no clue what were the instructions. Each one was interpreting the same based on their knowledge. By the third day thousands of people has descended in the hangars asking for free giveaways and it was more crowded than Churchgate Station at 9am on Monday morning.
