As air traffic grows exponentially with the rise of budget carriers, and new opportunities emerge for industry, the Airports Authority of India (AAI) is implementing a Corporate Plan for the next decade (2017 to 2026).
AAI manages 125 airports, including 21 with international traffic. After years of slow gestation, the Corporate Plan will guide the AAI to deliver the Civil Aviation Policy, including the Regional Connectivity Scheme for developing second-tier regional and remote airports.
