Even as State Minister for Defense, soft spoken and erudite MM Pallam Raju is upgraded as HRD Minister, Jitendra Singh is the new MOS.
Interestingly he also holds Minister of State (MoS) with Independent Charge of Youth Affairs and Sports. Guess sport and defense are a good mix?
