MRO India- Lost Potential

  1. Its really sad that 60 plus years of Political Independence has not taught us the value of Financial Independence. Our great nation is still being treated as a puppet of foreign rules with laws that perhaps date pre-independence. Laws that were made to keep the natives in their position.
    With the dollar climbing rapidly there seems to be no logic why the Finance Ministry cannot see the logic of creating a level playing field for Indian MRO companies.
    We live in an era of change and growth. Its time that the Government wakes up to this reality and shakes itself from the stupor. Indian engineering is one of the finest in the world, but we still lose more than 90% of our IIT Aerospace graduates to foreign shores due to lack of opportunity in their own motherland.
    A couple of years like this and the term 'Indian MRO' will be consigned to the pages of history.

  2. High growth markets such as India and China have been developing continuous programs to improve their military aviation MRO sector (industry). This business is also obvious from the fact that even a small industry market like Africa is expected to show positive growth during the forecast period.
