R.K. Tyagi has taken over as Chairman of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited(HAL), today. Previously, he was
Chairman and Managing Director of Pawan Hans Helicopter Ltd.(since May 2007).
He is an Engineering Graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication (1975) from IIT Roorkee with a Degree of Master in Business Administration.

He made PHHL to grow its profit in to 4 times with in 4 years. Now I am confident that he can make HAL in to Maharathna.
